George Abadie
Co-Founder
Company founder and president George Abadie holds an Associate Arts Degree in architecture and a Bachelor’s Degree in construction management from the FIU School of Engineering. He has been working actively in the construction industry since the age of 18 and has acquired invaluable skills and experiences along the way that enable him to anticipate and solve potential problems before they arise. Under his leadership, Seacoast Construction has grown into one of Florida’s premiere general contracting firms. In his personal life, George likes to train in Jiu-Jitsu.
Joel Heiblum
Co-Founder
Joel Heiblum is the Founder and President of Mr. Mold, Inc., a private environmental testing firm focused on identifying and solving indoor environmental issues for residential, commercial, and medical properties.
A state licensed Mold Assessor, Mold Remediator, and Home Inspector certified in Lead Renovation, Joel brings over 20 years of construction industry experience. His work specializes in medically sound remediation, forensic investigations, latent defect discovery, and helping create awareness around environmentally acquired illness, also known as CIRS.
Through Mr. Mold, Inc., Joel is passionate about educating health professionals, supporting healthier indoor environments, and helping those impacted by biotoxin exposure find a pathway toward improved health.
Don Harrington
Co-Founder
Don Harrington became interested in construction when, as a young boy, his paternal grandfather presented him with his very first set of real tools. It was love at first sight. Later, he studied business management and earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami and subsequently attended law school. His business management acumen, combined with his considerable construction and legal knowledge, are valuable assets to the Seacoast Construction team.
Aisha Garcia
Co-Founder
Aisha Garcia is a highly accomplished Construction Manager with 25 years of extensive experience in overseeing the successful completion of various projects such as high-rises, high end residential, and high-end restaurant projects. Known for her exceptional leadership skills, she is committed to strive for successful projects, so she can stand out professionally in the industry. When not working at Seacoast, she enjoys volunteering, fellowshipping at Vous Church, journaling, reading and dancing like nobody’s watching. She is a lover of life and of people and her other commitment is for people around her to always feel they matter.

If we purchase your home, sell you a home, or rent a home to you, we are not acting as your real estate agent or broker. We are open to working with you directly or coordinating with your agent or broker if you are already represented. Our mission is to create practical real estate options while improving properties and helping strengthen the neighborhoods we serve.
